Application Manager / Internal Product Owner

Held end-to-end responsibility for the development and optimization of critical business applications, with a strong focus on RailCube. As internal Product Owner, I acted as a bridge between departments, IT, and external vendors—driving digital transformation, improving system usability, and ensuring operational stability.
Major Projects & Achievements
As Application Manager and Internal Product Owner, I have been responsible for some of the most impactful digital transformation projects within the LTE-Group:
- RailCube Rollout & Global Update
Successfully coordinated the simultaneous rollout of RailCube across 11 European subsidiaries, impacting several thousand users on both desktop and mobile. The project included migration, interface harmonization, and extensive testing under tight deadlines. By aligning IT, operations, and vendor teams, I ensured cross-border data consistency, system stability, and a seamless transition into daily business.
- Digital Transformation Leadership
Acting as Digitalization Manager, I introduced modern solutions to replace manual processes and fragmented systems. This included Power BI dashboards for real-time decision-making, SharePoint-based tools for bug reporting and internal knowledge sharing, and interface management with external platforms such as TIS, Hermes, RailFlow, and Porthos.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation
Currently preparing the rollout of a centralized LMS to unify training across all subsidiaries. The goal is to ensure standardized onboarding, compliance with safety regulations, and accessible continuous education for employees in different countries.
- AI-Driven Innovations
Designed and initiated projects around AI-powered assistants and a local knowledge base, aimed at reducing support workloads and providing employees with instant answers. These AI solutions form the foundation for future predictive analytics and automated decision support in operations.
- International Collaboration
By working closely with international teams, I bridged gaps between departments, vendors, and countries. This collaborative approach ensured that local requirements were met while maintaining group-wide consistency in processes and data structures.
Through these initiatives, I am not only driving the current digital transformation, but also laying the foundation for future developments such as automated planning, AI-based process optimization, and integrated learning platforms across the entire organization.
